I just want to thank and congratulate you for the splendid work you did at the health show over the weekend. Sometimes it is easy to miss the quality that the technical team brings to these events. But when you’ve been to a few of these things, you can see the difference. On the night, you were excellent with your preparation and getting things moving and working, the use of the different screens also really helped to keep the audience feel very much involved. But going through the video you have on Facebook really demonstrated the quality of your work - making sure viewers really got the information speakers were getting across, capturing the audience participation so well.
